Sharing Content

Send your topics, courses, and learning plans to other users. They can review a preview and accept the content into their own library with a single tap.

💬
Built a course you're proud of? Finished a tricky topic? Share your work instantly with a classmate, colleague, or study partner — they get a full copy in their library.

What Can You Share?

  • Topics — Share a single topic including all its sub-topics and generated content.
  • Courses — Share a full course with all its topics and sub-topics.
  • Learning Plans — Share an entire curriculum including every course and topic inside it.

How to Share

  1. Open the topic, course, or learning plan you want to share.
  2. Tap the Share button — the share icon (↗) visible on the item's detail page or card.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address. They must have an active Learning Clarity account.
  4. Tap Send Request. The recipient is notified and the request appears in their Incoming tab.

Receiving a Share Request

When someone shares content with you, it appears in the Sharing screen under the Incoming tab.

  1. Open the Sharing screen from your dashboard or the navigation menu.
  2. Tap View on a request to see a collapsible preview of the content structure before deciding.
  3. Tap Accept to add the content to your library, or Decline to dismiss the request.
The preview shows the full structure of what you're receiving — topics, sub-topics, courses — all collapsed by default. Tap any item to expand it before you accept.

Managing Sent Requests

The Sent tab shows all share requests you have initiated, along with their current status.

  • Pending — The recipient has not yet responded. You can cancel the request at any time.
  • Accepted — The recipient has added the content to their library.
  • Cancelled — You cancelled the request before the recipient responded.

Sharing Limits & Rules

  • Each item can have a maximum of 5 pending share requests at a time.
  • Shared copies cannot be shared further — only original content can be shared.
  • Content must be fully generated before it can be shared. Topics with no sub-topics yet cannot be shared.
  • The recipient must have an active Learning Clarity account. You cannot share with email addresses that are not registered.
ℹ️
Accepted content is a full independent copy — changes you make to the original after sharing are not reflected in the recipient's copy, and vice versa.
