Delete Your Account
How to permanently remove your account and all associated data from the mobile app.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your credits, topics, courses, quizzes, and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Steps to Delete Your Account

Open Your Profile
Tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

Find Account Actions
Scroll down to the Account Actions section at the bottom of your profile.

Tap Delete Account
Tap the Delete Account button.

Review What Will Be Deleted
A warning screen will list everything that will be permanently deleted — your topics, quizzes, exams, courses, study materials, credits, certificates, and referral history.

Type the Confirmation Word
Type DELETE in the confirmation field exactly as shown (all capitals).

Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete Account to confirm. Your account and all data will be immediately and permanently removed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I recover my account after deletion? ▸
No. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to restore your account or any of your data after confirmation.
What happens to my unused credits? ▸
All unused credits are forfeited permanently upon account deletion. Credits are non-refundable.
Can I delete my account on the web version? ▸
Account deletion is currently available in the mobile app only. Open the app and go to Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account.
Does deleting the app delete my account? ›
No. Uninstalling the app leaves your account, credits and learning data exactly as they were. Deletion happens only through Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account, and only after you type DELETE to confirm.
What happens to certificates I have already earned? ›
They are deleted with everything else, and their public verification links stop working. If you need to keep proof of a certificate, download its PDF before you delete the account.
